At FilterBaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water filtration experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all components and unused filters are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new replacement within 5-7 business days.
